CELL C IS A ****, RUN AWAY.

I opened a contract with Cell C in August 2019, the same consultant used my details to open a new contract somewhere else without my permission. This case was handled by Cell C and I was found of no wrongdoings, and the contract was cancelled. Cell C then blocked my ID with SAFPS for ********** use of my ID. I have sent several emails to Cell C asking them to remove the blocking as I did no wrong but their consultant did. I cannot do anything now with my ID I can't even open a simple bank account, I am like a living ghost. I have been sending emails since 2020 to their legal department to no avail.

I am fed up with this, I do not know who to turn to anymore.
