Cell C is a ****, ***** ***** *****!!!!
Cell C is so PATHETIC and a *****. I'm so sick and tired of the debit orders that are going off my bank account for something that I don't know. It's been going on since August 2020 till today. I have done everything they told me to do as there was a ********** account opened in my name. I have done affidavit 31 Aug 2020 and it was sent to their legal department same day. Every time I go to the store to report this they tell me it is cancelled but NOTHING is done as they debited my account yesterday. I am so damn frustrated.

02 Mar 2021, 08:29Cell C you haven't done anything or even attempted to attended to my complain as you have deducted money AGAIN from my account end of February. You had a full month to resolve this matter but you have failed dismally. I think now I should include the law in this matter as you have failed to assist me. How do you expect to get more customers if you are so bad in your services and everything else.
