Cell C is a ****
Cell C is crazy AF these *****s they refuse to change my account from Debit to Cash payment or Cancel it. Been calling and went to the Branch in Secunda with the affidavit I was told to take there. Was assisted by a guy named Mpho Hadebe. Who was rude and ***********. He said he does not know how to cancel the debit order. He also refused to give me a letter stating that I was there and they failed to assist me. This company is full of *******. ********!!beware

A debit order can only be removed in the case of a loss of employment or closure of a bank account.

03 Dec 2019, 18:15I have stated before that I have been unemployed since January this year. As I was working a commision only Job and I was no longer getting paid as a result I had to resign. I have also sent through proof to *** and I have been to the Secunda branch which was a waste of time been calling endlessly and still the debit order is still not cancelled.
