Cell C is a ****

The service I just received from Cell C is pathetic, the lady who helped me by the name of Itumeleng Masetla could not wait to cut me off. I had or have a contract with the service provider for data and it came to an end in January 2021 the initial price was 265 but I was billed R321 in February, when I want answers I'm sent from one pillar to the next. Itumelng canceled my contract but I was told I must serve a notice my question was what for because my contract with the provider was for 24 months and it has ended in January why must I still pay until April, she then started showing me that she just wants the call to end already after trying to offer me other products that I said I don't need and still could not answer why I must continue until April, I then asked for the recording of the call and she showed me she just wants me off already and refused to give me a reference number... Question is she even Itumeleng?? I am so disappointed in the way the service provider treats its customers. I'm even thinking of canceling the phone contract.
