CELL C is a ****

I was given an upgrade without my consent, when I called to cancel my contract as it was a month to finishing, they refused me cause of the upgrade. They carried an internal investigation.....only till recently after I called I was told that the upgrade has been reversed and my contract was cancelled. Now there's a bill I must pay end of the month. For benefits I didn't ask for, when I tried to cancel the damn contract in February 2021 already. I need advice. I did not budget for such and its thier fault.

I REQUESTED for phone call records with me giving consent to take an upgrade yet I have not recieved them.
