Cell C is a ****!!!

Cell C client care is total ******* a Client Service Manager by the name of Senzo in their Durban client care team told me that their “Terms and Conditions are total *******” I called Cell C to enquire about a Fiber to the home contract I had with them which was suspended last year in August because I didn’t make a payment only to be told I now owe over 5k while their terms and conditions clearly state that they will only bill me for the suspension period which is 30 days after that if there is no payment received they will terminate the service if I want to reinstate the service or cancel I will need to pay for the suspension period which is equal to my monthly payment and a connection fee. Now I have just realised that they are billing me for a deactivated line since last year August what a **** of a company and stupid client care managers who can’t even answer what is written on the companies Terms and Conditions of the contract.
