Cell c is a ****!!!!!

I am frustrated to the core!!!!!! Cell C is currently making my life difficult. This is the 5th time contacting Hello Peter for assistance and everytime Cellc calls to ensure me that the issue has been resolved.

Today I got a call from Shabir Shaike stating that I owe an amount of +- R400 for Cell c. Last time they said I owe R690, 99. I made payment and sent proof of payment. Now I am told I owe another R400???? Why do I feel like I am being scsmmed and reaped off? When is this going to end??? Even my bureau shows that I have an outstanding balance of R690, 99 and I don't understand why it hasn't been removed???

Cell C is sickening, its like a cancer that doesn't go away. Niyacika. Sies! What an irritating service network provider that ****s people off their money!!!!

Yes. Paid up letter was issued to me on the 13 or 14 of November 2022. But on the bureau it still shows that I owe R690, 99. And I was told that my bureau status will be updated with 2 to 21days but it hasnt. Another thing, please solve whatever issues your attorneys(Shapiro Shaike) have with my cellc account cos clearly they are not up to date.

Kindly be advised that we have sent a request to our Legal Department for your iTC to be updated accordingly and for the collections company to be updated.
