I'm so fed up I paid them there closing amount when the contract was finished but yet they still say I'm in arrears of R275 after I sent them their last statement and my payment notification last November already but yet I'm still being told I owe them money and it's affecting my credit score I will never ever ever do anything with cell c again you are a bunch of *******

19 Jan 2023, 09:51Hi my id number is *** Austin Joshua Smee I received an email from your collections this morning that I still owe R275 but on your last statement you sent me on the 2nd it said R275 and I paid it on the 28th November and I have proof I've paid but everytime I email I get no response and it's affecting my credit score negatively please can we sort this out
