Cell C is a ****

I've had disgusting experiences with Cell C and it is STILL not resolved! For well over a year I have been working my ass off to contact them regarding a contract that was stopped WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT because THEY did not contact me about an outstanding payment. Then they have the AUDACITY to charge me a R9k cancellation fee of which, again, I was NOT AWARE OF until a bunch of companies called me telling me I owe them money. After OVER A YEAR of trying to contact them, I finally get a statement from them apologising and settling my account due to THEIR ERROR after paying the outstanding amount, now with a statement saying THEY OWE ME R1000. Out of the blue a week ago, Nimble Group calls telling me I owe them over R8K because Cell C told them I do EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE STATEMENT SAYING MY ACCOUNT IS SETTLED! IF THIS AMOUNT GAINS ANY KIND OF INTEREST AND THEY FORCE ME TO PAY IT I WILL GO TO COURT! SORT YOUR **** OUT!
