Cell C is a ****
If I could rate them lower than one star I would. Never ever have I seen an entire team of people being so ***********.. All they need to do is is to refund my money. But no all I get is "we will call you back," we will deal with it ". Nothing have been done since May 20th since they took my laptop for repairs. Well they delivered a faulty product, took it back for exchange and they decided to hold on to it including the money paid for it.

04 Mar 2021, 10:11I don't think there is any single person that cares about customers in cell c. Even the one responding here doesn't care. All they do is give generic answers and do nothing after that.
