Cell c is a **** and full of *********** staff. Company deserve to be closed down

Cell C knows very well that there is a ***** under my name. But there unable to provide me with a ITC certificate so that my name can be cleared. I can't apply for any credit because it shows I owe cell C from September 2022, and I'm not paying for it.

I don't have any contract with them, I don't even know what product was bought using my name, they aware of that and reported it as *****, and closed it off in July 2022, but boom from September I owe them for what I don't know.

Can this company close down, it's so useless.i don't care if there staff members will be unemployed because they useless they can't resolve issues they been paid for doing nothing. Can cell C clear my name and go and trace the product that was bought under my name and deal with that sales person. Think I should also involve check point, because I have all the mails from cell c.

My last option is to take the legal route and also sue them, because I cannot be blacklisted for a product that I never bought and don't even know what it is.

They don't even deserve a star. It's just that they is no other option.
