Cell C is a **** and ********** Organisation!!!

I cancelled my contract with Cell C in March/April 2022, and they kept on deducted money from my account. I blocked them and reversed the money because the debit order was not authorised, and I no longer used their sim cards. They referred my account to Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates, and in June 2022 I effected payment of R601 to preserve my credit record. I made the payment for a service that I stopped using, so they benefitted because they did not cancel my account when I requested cancellation! Despite me effecting payment in June, from October to date, Cell C has been harassing me from October to date and sending me smses and emails about an outstanding account which I have already paid. I called Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates and they confirmed that I owe Cell C nothing. Cell C is a *****, abusive, double charges, and takes money from innocent people!
