Cell c is a ****

I'm very disappointed at cell c, i opened an account in 2018 and paid it up 2020 just before covid, i went to the branch in my area to request a paid up letter and the consultant who was assisting told me to come after a month because the paid up letter id issued by the head office not them.i went back after s month and cell c branch was gone and now after 3 years of no communication from them. They're calling me telling me that i owe them money, money for simcard I sent emails and explained all this to them and the agreed to help clear everything, since then it's been 4 months now, no body is saying anything if i call them they're telling me that i owe them money and that i should pay. I've sent emails over and over again . Now i must pay money for the *********** consultants that you hired and i made all the effort to try and get the paid up letter to avoid such things. As far as I am concerned i don't owe cell c anything and i want them to erase that because i fulfilled my end on the bargain... Cell c don't **** ud like that
