Cell c is a ****

A ********** contract was open with my details and it was cell c negligence but am paying for there incompetence staff. Am a female and a contract that was opened against me was opened by a male.i went to cell c to lodge in the complaint i was asked to bring my id and affidavit which i did but the debit still went through in July when i asked why would a contract that is under investigation still be debated and when i asked cell c to reverse the money i was told to reverse is at the bank because cell c cant reverse the money back i then asked who will cover the reversal cost from the bank and i was told cell c is not liable for the cost.My ITC is at risk now and no 1 cares.I wish all cell c shops to burn down because of the pain there causing me.Customer care is pathetic.
