6 months to claim for a phone they only replace the lost phone because because they want to UPGRADE the phone the phone ... claiming is a night mare rather not have insurance guys cos it will be a missing to claim for your phone back ..... asking for things 1 by 1 ... tomorrow they ask for the contract tomorrow thy ask for a box of the phone .... DO NOT TAKE INUSRANCE WITH CELL C.... I need their KEY individual for the insure to contact me or fais the wrath of the Ombudsman
