Cell c is a ****

Cell c is the worst cellphone company there is... I settled my account in January, they said I'll get my settlement letters within 2 days, I'm still waiting even today. In March they started debiting my account out of the blue,I kept calling them and Tjey said they apologize and they will stop. I accepted and asked for a paid up letter, they said they will send it within 48 hrs, i waited... The next thing I get is an email from them saying "case closed" i did not take note since I atleast know that my account is closed, they debited in April and I called again, they still apologized, and promised the same thing, i accepted yesterday 29 May they debited my account which was vety unusual because they deduct on the 27 and there was money on my account. This sucks and its very inconvenient as I have to now reverse the funds again and call cell c. I have to borrow a phone because I closed the sim card as well so i don't know why they keep debating on my account. I need help now as I've run out of options
