Cell c is a ****

I ve had a cell contract for almost 10 years. I added an additional one a year ago. I have been a loyal customer and never defaulted. I received a call from their sales department telling me about a Data contract which I took n explained that they must send a router as well. Upon receiving it I contacted them n activated it. 4 days later when I got home I found that they delivered another parcel which was active n was used my my kids. I called them to find out n they said an additional contract was opened for me. I have been calling n calling n every time I am told it will be escalated. I am so angry because now I am sitting with 4 contract which I did not agree or activate the fourth one. I ve decided to reverse all debit orders in order to get ur attention n perhaps my query will be taken crusly
