CELL C IS A ****

Took a Cell C data contract which turned out to be a Head ache...the bill increased in succession from R149 to R267 to R 617 and recently R837 whilst the data simcard was suspended upon my request .I initially involved ICASA complain Resolution..Cell C **** to them and me that i will be refunded R125..the true value was R220.. and again that everything is above board..my contract with them is back to R149 and all subscriptions they have refunded me for have been blocked...I confirmed the amount on the 20th of September 2022..Cell C s employee confirmed the Value..they billed me R837 six days later..I reversed the amount and brought the matter to their attention..they responded via sms today...they are saying that R149 have been exceeded due to subscriptions they have refunded for plus Value Added services better known by them..I am at a loss of words because as far as I am concerned the simcard is still suspended until i explicitly states otherwise..who can I contact to extricate myself from this contract...dealing with Cell C needs rocket science knowledge..please help
