CELL C IS A ****
How long will I keep on being billed by cell c for the services I don't know, I have made peace and paid those irritating billings but still I am being billed, can this be rectified and can I please be refunded my money. I don't understand where those returned debit orders are coming from couz they surely not billed on my account.
