CELL C IS A RIPP OF!!!!

the Service at Cell C has been ridiculous Poor, I Had got a cellphone from them at the Cell C store in Hillcrest Kzn on the 10th of June 2019 and there was a problem with the Audio Jack to put my earphones in, I took the cellphone back to them on the 14th of June 2019, Explaining my Issue, According to my Understanding of the Out of Box failure is within the 7days of Purchase if there is anything wrong with the phone you should take it back and they should replace it, I was at the store and I was told that is was not booked in as a OBF it was booked as a repair but how does that work because I was TOLD by the sales consultant at the store within 7days if there anything wrong with the phone I should bring it in and it will be replaced.. So why would u repair a phone that has a factory fault imagine what other problems the phone is going to give me in the long run!!!!!!, its been already nearly 2weeks and I am still waiting for feedback from them I went to the store yesterday 24th June 2019 and called Cell C and they told me I should have feedback from them today but I am still waiting for this feedbac****!! This is a ******* as I will still be paying for something I have not had the benefit of using!!!!!! this is unacceptable and Annoying!!
