CELL C IS A ******* OF NOTE

I really dont know why my monthly amount went up so much.and when I contacted 1 of the agents o was told my contract expired and that my special was done,I was not aware it was done nobody told me I was not contacted or anything and then the agent said she will transfer me to cancellations department and just hanged up.i asked to speak to a supervisor or somebody in charge amd was told they not there,the service is extremely poor and im definitely changing my cell phone providers I would warn you not too take out any contracts with them
