Cell C is a *******
Bought 2 Cell C Homeview cameras. You arw supposed to download the app (Cell C Homeview application) Register using your email and then the app will send you a link to register so that thw cameras can work. We downloaded the app, tried to register by entering our email, password and then the app says email sent to..... But the email is never received by us. Tried countless time to register but the email is not sent with the link. Without this email our cameras is useless. We wasted our money, Cell C is *********** people, sellinh them stuff that cannot work.

25 Aug 2019, 07:46I have rebooted the device, I even went so far as to install the app on a different device, same story, the app does not sent the email, and without the email I can do zero, zip, nada with the cameras. Its not the divice/s thats faulty its your app.

25 Aug 2019, 07:49Do yourself a favour a go look at the reviews of the app on app store, its not just me having that problem, there plenty of people that do not get the email for the link to register from the app. Fix the problem
