Cell c is a piece of **** service provider.
Cell C is the worst service provider on earth. The "service provider" deactivated my primary number with out my concent. When I called the customer care line, the agent and the manager sound like their are sleeping. Now I need to waste my time and money to go to a cell c store to reactivate my number. I requested to speak to someone higher than the manager, and Sandile(call centre team leader) from the JHB call centre says there is no one higher than him. I requested to be transferred to the cancelation department, guess what my call gets dropped.

So i go to the Cell C store Phoenix Plaza Durban. Dollee the assistant manager, is the rudest person on earth, how she became the assistant manager, god knows, **** service from Cell C again.
Useless Dollee says my number is permanently de-active and they can not do anything.
4Mins later she decided to thinking a little harder while on tik tok and then says in a rude way "I need to get a affidavit and then they will submit my request" ever since DUMB DUMB Cell C did not give me feedback on whats happening.
Mind you, Useless Dollee was sitting and addressing me, what kind of customer service does Cell C have.
