You guys have tricks up your sleeves every time, I have been paying my account on easy pay and now for the last 2 months you back to debiting my account. I have changed my bank account twice because of this, i refuse to be debited because when you debit you take extra money out of my account and putting the money back is a cat and mouse game, I have officially terminated my account with you and honestly I have never been happier, I have been with cellc for 10 years of my life and your service has sucked through that 10 years, till today I have been waiting for refunds and because you cant get more money from me you debit me so u can get an extra 70r from me .I have 3 friends that are going through the same thing as ME and trust me their contracts are coming to an end this year .Thank you cellc for the awful experience and here's to 1 more awful month with you.
