Cell C is a nonsense network

I Called the call center on behalf of my wife who is extremely busy...the reason for the call was to tell them her sim card (prepaid) is not getting incoming calls and also messages and also airtime is not coming through, i used FNB app to put airtime in her sim card. I used the same line which is giving problems to call them, yet it goes through.<br> <br> Sadly all they could say we need her to log the call as they want to check security questions (since Monday the phone is not working and she is so busy she had to ask me to do it for her)....This is frustrating based on the fact that the sim card is not working and all they want is my wife to tell them the same issue. Regardless Cell C network gives serious problems it says there is network but no one can call you?.<br> <br> i think i better move to other serious network providers!!!!
