Cell c is a no go!!!!

I am so angry with myself for staying with you guys. You did a simswop without my knowledge and after that, all calls are being dropped, no one can hear me. I cant do business because of your poor service. Im payin R1200 p/m but i hate every moment that i have to make or receive a call on my cellc number. Sort it out CELL C
