Cell c is a nightmare

Cell c has the worst customer care and service. From the 1st of September been calling them about internet connection issues with my new contract still to date I'm having internet connection issues. Their customer care agents are useless and rude. You call technical support center it takes you back to customer care or its says you have reached us outside office hours and that time it 10am on a Monday. The response to my issue I got from cell c is that there is no network coverage around my area, mind you i have 2 contracts with them and the other 1 is connecting fine without issues its only this new 1 that is a problem. They then said the tower around my area was down but it has been fix but im still experiencing connection issues.
