Cell C is a **** network provider!

ZERO STARS! I have been with Cell C since 2008 using the same number and I have never had any issues when it came to recovering my number by sim swap but NOW!!? My sim is registered under my sister and this was not a problem until now, I've done more than 2 swaps before so what changed? I spoke to a couple of unsympathetic agents who had no care that I was stranded at the time. I was able to give them my frequently dialed and last dialed numbers but how the hell am I supposed to remember information like the last time I recharged, the amount and the how. Like I expected to lose my sim card. It's ridiculous that we have to go through such extreme measures to get our numbers operating again after soooo many years of loyalty. I know for a fact that by the time they do decide to help me my data will be long gone and I won't be reimbursed for any of that coz they have done this to me before. The nonchalant attitude I got from your agents is VERY appalling. FIX IT!!!
