Cell C is a Mess!
I have been a Cell C customer for 10 years , and I have tried to upgrade my phone and I have got disgusting service from the staff of Cell C , they are unable to assist me with what I have asked of them and I’m going to be canceling my contract with them.

05 Nov 2018, 08:01Kindly note, one of our consultants tried contacting you with no success. As per the feedback, the first attempt when the consultant explained the reason for calling the call was dropped from the customers end and there was no answer on further attempts.
The consultant was unable to assist as no information regarding the upgrade was provided.
