Cell c is a knock off to its clients

The worst customer service Ever!!! I wanted just a paid up letter from cell c after paying off my account. I have been waiting for it for two weeks and every time I call I have to apply for it, I have app**** for the forth time spoke to 3 supervisors nothing, consultants hang up on me, Linda nodumiso even the supervisor Gift masina no response. If I knew this is the challenge I would have with cell c contract I wouldn’t have took their phone contract. I wouldn’t recommended cell c even to my worst enemy! As I accept that I will always have an understanding debt with them because it seems like nobody knows what they are doing? Or even what’s a paid up letter!
