Cell C is a joke - poor service delivery, empty promises, and *********** employees

The ongoing struggle with Cell C: I was debited twice (DOUBLE) on June 30th (R949 x 2). WHY??? The lines have not been in use since April 30th, We moved, and Cell C does not cover the area (refer to move order request in March and then cancellation request in May, no feedback from Cell C, the case got escalated, and a manager phoned me eventually on 21/07 confirming that the line is canceled and no amount is outstanding). Yet, my statement shows R1600 outstanding, and I was debited twice on June 30th. No one can resolve my query. Cell C is a joke - poor service delivery, empty promises, and *********** employees
