CELL C IS A JOKE AND *****S!!!!!!!

Just got a SMS from Cell C legal stating I owe them R 76-00 for a contract that I cancelled the 11 October 2018 for the 30 day notice then 11 Nov 2018. just spoke to Kohbele said they have just deactivated my acc on the 10 May 2019, i dusputed it, then she transfered me to Kahmo I asked for a paid up letter for the legal dept. but he can not see on his system any infor regarding this matter, WHAT A JOKE CELL C IS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gave me a REF. NO: ********** ********** 81 now waiting for a response??????????? these people are just fishing!!!!!!!!!!!
