Cell C is a joke

I reported how unhappy I am with cell c.Even now I'm still waiting for the phone that I took for repairs two months and they have a nerve to send me text messages that u should pay.I won't pay until I get the phone home I am expected to pay the phone I know nothing about..Cell c is a joke.I can't wait to pay off the damn contract.The who booked my phone to repairs was very helpful and I still say Cell C as a company makes the people that work there have difficulties and customers ending blaming them for nothing. 2 months without a phone eeeeeh hle should I communicate or apply for jobs
