CELL C IS A JOKE!

Once again completely shocked and disturbed by the incapable service and horrific systems of Cell C. When you do an immediate payment to cover THEIR initial mistake and then they tell you it doesn't matter that you do immediate payments (note to self never waste your money) and their archaic systems take 3 days to process the payments anyway. I have now been permanently disconnected and I have to get a whole new sim and start the rica process all over again because of *********** staff. #storyofmylife #cellcsux

I am waiting for someone from your legal dept to contact me today please. If this situation does not get sorted out TODAY I will take this even further, its ridiculous that I have to wait 2 weeks for my number to be switched on after it was deleted!
