Cell C is a joke

This is the second time I'm writing about Cell C. Since then I have called their customer "care" centre twice, been told that a manager will call me, and twice nobody calls. I have also searched online for a contact number for their head office, but no such number exists. That's not surprising because clearly senior management are too precious to actually deal with problems like mine - rather fob me off to their "care" centre staff. I'm saying it again - Cell C is committing ***** by changing the terms of my signed contract without my permission. My hours and hours and hours of trying to get answers have been futile. Nobody takes ownership and it's no wonder this company is struggling financially. Call me - and don't ask me to reply via private message like last time. It shouldn't have surprised me that you didn't respond to that either
