Cell c is a ****ing asshole

So cell don’t allocate payments to my account anymore. I pay them the money, the social media department calls me and tells me how to send it again and I follow his instructions and but cell c still don’t allocate money to my account, Cell c has ruined 2 job opportunities for me because they ****ed up my credit profile, I got decline by applying for a house because my credit profile was ruined by cell c, and now my credit profile is gone to **** because of cell c, I pay them every ****ing month by the 25th of every single month, and guess what, 2 months later the payment is still not allocated to my account, every month same story. They see the money, but they don’t allocate it.

Is anyone going to assist me because now this Moses guy took leave and left my issue hanging and now my account is going to be ****ed up again by cell c.

Who the **** can help me????? I need ****ing help on this ****ing account because you people are not doing your ****ing jobs!!!! I’m sick and ****ing ****ed tired of running after this ****ing cell c and now you don’t allocate my payments. I want this ****ing issue resolved I don’t want to ****ing keep on calling and emailing useless pieces of ****s to sort this account out because clearly you people sit on your ****ing assess and don’t do your jobs.
