CELL C IS A **** I PAYING FOR A AN ENDED CONTRACT
Firstly giving them this 1 star I don't have a choice. I was called by a nice lady to take a router and sim contract she seemed very nice I didn't mind since I bought data on a daily basis. There was a promo we agreed upon 24months. Guess what?? They didn't terminate it after the agreement date now ****ming me to pay them R289 for 10 gigs how absurd 😡😡 worse saying again I should pay them this months since it's 30days notice type of thing. What about the 24months that has passed that we agreed upon. If needed I will open a case against them cause this is upsetting. PLEASE I URGE YOU NOT TO TAKE ANY CONTRACTS WITH THESE *****STERS.

04 Jun 2024, 14:10Why cancel if we only agreed on 24 months? What am I being charged for afterwards? If I lay buy an item for 3months finish paying and get the item what am being charged for after that???
