Cell C is a huge **** that takes your money

My husband keeps buying airtime and it keeps disappearing. He bought R65 airtime yesterday and this morning and still it disappeared. Last time they said we must restrict the apps or backgrounds apps. It only happens when he loads R65 every time. And now they say it is taken a recurring bundle. Everytime there is an excuse why your airtime dissapears without even sending you notifications. I want my airtime back.
