Cell C is a huge disgrace and it’s no surprise that they are bankrupt. They deserve to get shutdown and absorbed by another company.

I have a contract with Cell C and it is on the verge of expiring in a few days. I want to cancel it as soon as possible .Long before the expiration I went to the store at Woodlands Mall. I was told that my contract would be cancelled on time. Now I find out it hasn’t been cancelled. I spoke to a very dim fellow by the name of Sibusiso who didn’t seem to have a clue about anything. Now I have to phone some number and request a cancellation then I must wait 30 days for the cancellation. 30 days for what exactly ?? I can’t wait to join any other network other than cell c. They are a huge embarrassment and deserve to be bankrupt and shutdown. Save your time and money and join vodacom, MTN or Telkom.
