Cell-C is a Highly *********** Service Provider - Bunch of *****

It has been a week since I last logged a complain about my network and I am still waiting for the call they promised me. I only wanted my network 2,4G & 5G to be able to share among my devices fairly which never happened (right now all devices share 2,4G and only one access 5G). Why am I paying so much yet I can't even get a simple help. If anyone can help me get a better service provider pls help. We need to strike for poor Cell-C service, we are being **********. Maybe an outside Company will do a better job of ensuring customers get assisted than this bull**** Cell-C service of ppl who keep lying about getting you help. I should get help directly not be taken from pillar to post by dumb receptionists (Call center idiots) with no technical skills you should hire productive ppl. Sth need to be done with Cell-C. The worst thing is the ticket is closed yet I never received any call. Cell-C should fire all *********** employees so that we can get proper help when we have a problem.
