Cell C is a *********

<p>Cell C has given me the worst service to date, the Call Centre agents cannot navigate their systems and have no answers. The billing team has no turnaround time but are willing to Bill without thinking. Someone did not send me a SIM which has been used and now I have to pay for it. A supposedly open line has a predetermined amount which was never discussed with me. I agreed to a top up contract only to be signed up for an open line which surprise surprise I never got the SIM for. I am tired of talking to Cell C about an administration issue which is supposed to be fixed a week later. Everybody do yourselves a favour and avoid these *****s.</p>
