Cell C is a *****!!

Disgusted at Cell C, my mother who is semi-literate and living in far flung rural areas has to travel over 400km to the next city for a mere sim card that hadn't worked from day 1 and now 'policy' requires her to present herself physically to a cell c shop. If Cell C can't bring it's services closer to the poorest of the poor at least they should make their lives easier by doing things digitally, a whole telecoms company in 2020 during these trying times continues to exploit people, mind you she never had to go to any shop to open the contract and yet she is now expected to travel unnecessarily for a sim?
