Cell C is a *****.

I started using the Hello Mobile service for my home WIFI connection in December 2021 and already I remember why I dislike Cell C so much. The network coverage is poor and service is just appalling, I spoke to two consultants and their team leader who couldn't help me convert airtime into data bundles but instead directed me to the website to do it myself where I need to pay again while I have airtime on my sim. Im still waiting for a supposed reference after a call was "Logged" to resolve my query. As soon as my data bundles are used up I'm destroying that hello mobile Sim and ending my uncomfortable relationship with Cell C.
