Cell C is a ****

Cell C is a ****. In 2022 I took a 24 month contract with them. The contract ended on 7 June 2024. Cell C had advised me that the contract will run on a month to month basis. What they failed to tell me was that the installment would increase on the month to month contract. To my surprise they debited a higher amount at the end of June, I queried this with them and let is slide. On 1 July their agent called me and offered me a new contract which I took and he told me that the old contract would end. To my surprise, the agent never cancelled the old contract as promised therefore for the month of July I was billed for 2 contracts on one number? How is that possible? How can one have 2 contracts on one number. I escalated the matter and today a guy called Bongani called me twice and when he failed to answer my questions he dropped the line twice. This is pathetic service from Cell C. I need my money back Cell C, you cannot **** people to profitability.
