Cell C is a disgrace. I hate Cell C

I've been with Cell C for probably over 10 years. I today had to do a sim swap because according to the lady I spoke to this morning my sim is damaged and it's apparently common. So CellC is now in the business of making **** simcards so that we hv to do regular sim swops and is thus more money in their pockets. A lady called Sammy helped me now asking stupid security questions that doesn't relate to most of my personal info. So based on my answers I failed. How can a system generate questions that doesn't relate to me at all. Apparently I can now only be assisted tomorrow and I've already been offline for 2 days. When I demanded to be assisted tonight she hung up on me. Is this how u do business. I tried to phone again and now ppl are pretending not to hear me. You've caused me 2 days of grief at work with no one being able to get hold of me. I'm done with u. I want out of my contract immediately. I am absolutely appalled by your service. I now have to add a number below that doesn't work. So how the hell are you gonna contact me
