Cell C is a disappointment
Very disappointed with C Cell. I had a contract with them and asked for settlement amount last year paid and cancelled my account due to bad service. One year later they are debiting my account and telling me my account is active. I have opened a case for investigation, I was told I will have the results within 48hrs its been 6 days now since I opened my case yet they are telling me the case is still pending. C Cell does not care about the people, this is now affecting my credit score since I have been disputing the debit orders.

11 Jul 2022, 12:35I did ask for cancellation, your answer has no progress in my situation because I have already mentioned that Cell C deems my account active. What you should be telling me is the cause of the delay from the investigation you conducting... Why as a customer I have not been updated of the investigation after six days? Why my account is active hence I requested cancellation over a year ago?
