Cell C is a ******** Enterprise

On 21 June 2021 I received an email from Cell C saying the following: Thank you for contacting Cell C. Please find attached copy of contract for Contract Retention as per your request.

The problem is I did not contact Cell C at all. On 22 June 2021, I received a call from Cell C sales agent offering a data deal for a new Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max I had apparently ordered. I explained to the sales agent that I had not ordred any Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max and that this should be cancelled immediately. The sales agent told me the order was done by sales agent called Lindokuhle Mlotshwa at Cell C call center.

The deal was not cancelled, instead I was told that I should wait 48 hours when I enquired whether the deal had been stopped. After waiting the 48 hours, I called the Cell C call center and I was told the phone had just been delivered to an address that was not mine, even though I had informed them that the phone should not be dispatched as it was a ********** transaction.

I subsequently sent their ***** department a sworn affidavit and certified copy of Identity card, but I have not received any feedback to this day. It is as though the deal was allowed to progress despite Cell C being informed that the deal was **********. The ********** contract is meant to commence on 01 August 2021. They processed an expensive contract in my name in order to entrap and fleece me.

Cell C abused personal data I had entrusted them with and now they're not attending to this matter so that the contract can start on 01 August 2021 and Cell C claim that I owe them, even though it is their agent called Lindokuhle Mlotshwa who committed the ***** in my name.
