Cell C is a ****

I am so tired of Cell C, this people are ripping us off. My contract came to an end in August i cancelled it in July till today they are taking my money from my account whenever I try to reverse they use a different reference number. When I call them they say they'll transfer me to the cancellation department and the call never goes through.
