I app**** for an upgrade on 19 November. Sent all the requested documents that was required. After a few days i followed up on the upgrade when they told me it was still pending. When i followed up with the sales consultant she told me it was approved and will follow the delivery. When i phoned today the 26 November another consultant told me my upgrade was declined. I have all the proof for the conversations between me and the first consultant. After 15 years of being a client and not missing one debit order this is how they treat their clients.
