CELL C IS A BULL**** AND ******* COMPANY

What a useless and ******* company, If you are thinking of taking a contact with CELL C, DO NOT DO IT, So my contact was ending on the 28th of October 2021, so I called the call center on the 21st of September 2021 to cancel an give notice, only to be told by PHILISIWE MOAGI a retentions consultant that I have to cancel only on the 28th of October. So when I called on the 28th of October i was told that I should have cancelled in September( you can just imagine now the anger I had because I had actually called in September) So the consultant said they will cancel my contact and i have to serve another 30 days meaning the contact will now be cancelled on the 28th of November. So on the 6th of December thinking that that the contact is cancelled, I then check my cell c app only to be met by a giant bill, I then call them again only to be told my contract has NOT BEEN CANCELLED, and that i have to serve yet another 30 day until 06th January 2022. what angers me is that i have been a faithful customer to cell c, the treatment i have been given is the worst they treat their customers with utter disrespect. So this is a warning to anyone wanting to enter in business with that company DO NOT DO IT. They don't respect us and our hard earned money.
